Director Profile 
Philip de Lisle, Chartered Accountant
Philip de Lisle holds an economics degree from Victoria University and is a chartered accountant in public practice. He is an Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA) (FSP37543).
Relevant experience includes research and accounting positions at the Reserve Bank, finance and practice management roles at national law firm Chapman Tripp, and consulting and accounting in private practice. He was a founding shareholder and director of an asset management company, which developed asset allocation models for New Zealand clients with internationally renowned Ibbotson Associates.
Philip is an active member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has been a convenor of the Auckland branch Investment Special Interest Group and a member of the Professional Practices Board financial advisory services working group.
Philip has a particular focus on investment strategy, trusts and tax. As the principal of Axiome Consultants, he provides independent advice to clients concerning portfolio design and implementation tailored to their needs and objectives.

After initially studying accounting Mary trained as a teacher. She returned to accounting when her children were young and now has over 20 years experience in CA offices as well as independently working with a variety of businesses. Mary has worked with Philip since 2000, assisting clients with management accounting and financial reporting.
Natalie Neves, Accountant
Natalie has had 15 years of Accounting and Auditing experience both here in NZ and in UK. She joined Philip in 2004 and works with a wide variety of clients and specialises in Financial reporting and Tax Return Preparation.
Sheryl Beaumont, Chartered Accountant
Sheryl was educated at Otago University and is a New Zealand qualified Chartered Accountant. She has worked as an accountant in several New Zealand companies and spent six years with Investment bank JP Morgan in London.

Paul holds an accounting degree from Victoria University. He is one of very few people in New Zealand holding the qualification of AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary).
Relevant experience includes research and money market positions at New Zealand’s first merchant bank (NZUC), executive positions with share broking entities, & more recently responsibility for all investment matters relating to the Earthquake Commission Fund which during his tenure grew from $1800 million to over $4000 million.

Murray holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Personal Financial Planning) from Massey University. Murray is an Authorised Financial Adviser (FSP20961).
Murray is a chartered accountant with a specialist practise involving forensic accounting and financial advisory services. His work history has included large CA firms in NZ and Australia with senior financial accounting experience with large NZ corporates. Murray has been providing forensic accounting services and investment analysis services since 1997 and has been providing financial advisory services since 2005.
